1. What PartsHaggler Is

PartsHaggler is an AI-powered platform that helps users search for auto parts, tires, and wheels, compare prices from third-party vendors, and receive local shop recommendations.

The Service includes both free and paid Pro features.

2. Accounts & Memberships

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Pro membership unlocks advanced features including photo analysis, Voice Search, VIN Decode, My Garage, full technical documentation, and Body Tech & Refinish Notes.
• Each plan has monthly search limits (shown on the pricing page). Exceeding limits or systematic high-volume use may result in throttling or a required upgrade.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support.
• We may change our subscription prices at any time. Any price increase will apply only to future billing cycles. We will notify you of the change before it takes effect on your next renewal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once the Service has been activated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Personal Pro vs Shop / Commercial Use

This section is important.

Personal Pro is intended for:

• Individual technicians working alone
• Independent mechanics
• Serious DIY enthusiasts
• Single-user prosumers

Shop / Commercial use (body shops, multi-tech shops, collision centers, dealerships, insurance companies, or any team/commercial use) requires the appropriate Shop or Business plan.

You may not:

• Use a Personal Pro account for commercial or multi-user shop operations
• Share a Personal Pro login across multiple people or workstations
• Create multiple accounts to stay under Personal Pro limits
• Systematically run high-volume commercial searches on a Personal Pro account

We monitor usage patterns. Accounts showing clear commercial use on a Personal Pro plan may be limited, suspended, or required to upgrade. If you operate a shop, please contact us, or choose the correct plan when signing up.

4. Important Disclaimers

AI Results Are Assistive Only
Our AI tools (part identification, photo analysis, Voice Search, fitment suggestions, VIN Decode) are designed to help you. They are not guarantees of correct part fitment, condition, or compatibility. Always verify fitment with the vehicle manufacturer, a qualified mechanic, or the parts supplier before purchasing or installing any part.

Third-Party Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability come from third-party vendors (LKQ, eBay, Amazon, and others) and can change at any time. We are not responsible for pricing errors, stock levels, shipping times, or the quality of parts purchased from third parties.

Local Shop Recommendations
Recommendations are based on publicly available data and your ZIP code. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of work performed by any recommended shop.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or resell our data or AI outputs at scale without written permission
• Upload photos containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent search limits or membership rules
• Use a Personal Pro account for commercial or multi-user shop operations (see Section 3)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartsHaggler and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of (or inability to use) the Service
• Any AI-generated recommendations or part identifications
• Purchases made from third-party vendors shown on the platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, AI models, and software on PartsHaggler are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading, you grant PartsHaggler a limited license to process those photos solely to provide the Service.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
