PartsHaggler (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://partshaggler.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered auto parts and tires search platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account & Contact Information — Name, email address, and any information you provide when contacting support.
  • Vehicle & Search Data — Year, Make, Model, part queries, VIN (optional), tire/wheel specifications, and ZIP code.
  • Photos & AI Analysis — Images you upload for damage analysis (Pro feature only). The images are processed to identify damaged parts but are not stored on our servers after the parts are identified.
  • Audio / Voice Searches — Voice queries you speak into the search bar are processed in real time solely to generate the current search results. Audio recordings are not saved, stored, or retained on our servers after the search is completed.
  • Payment Information — Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
  • Usage Data — How you interact with the site, search history, and device/browser information (via Burst Statistics).
  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies — We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide accurate part, tire, and wheel search results and price comparisons.
  • Generate local auto body shop, mechanic, and tire shop recommendations based on your ZIP code.
  • Power AI features such as photo damage analysis, part identification, and real-time voice search (audio is discarded immediately after each search).
  • Process Pro membership subscriptions and payments.
  • Improve our AI models and service quality.
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, or important updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI and Automated Processing

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to identify parts from photos and match parts to vehicles. AI-generated results are assistive tools only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You should always verify fitment with a professional or the vehicle manufacturer before purchasing or installing parts.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share information with:

  • Stripe — to process payments for Pro memberships.
  • Service providers — such as hosting, analytics (Burst Statistics), and security tools.
  • Local shop recommendation partners — when you search using a ZIP code (we share only the ZIP code and general location, not your full personal details).

We do not sell your personal information.
